To obtain a particular map from your phone, the fastest way is to tap on the map below each title from the list, and (if you have the PDF Maps app installed) you will be taken directly to the map in the Avenza Map Store where you can pay and download it right to your phone. Easy.

(Please note that from a web browser, clicking on the map will result in a dead link. This is because Avenza  does not have the map store accessible via a website at this time. Please use the “web browser” method below.)

A second way is to scan its QR code below with your mobile phone (hopefully the one you’ll be using on the road!) using a free QR scanner such as QRReader. You can scan it from a computer screen or from another phone. Again, you will be taken directly to the map in the Avenza Map Store.

The third way is to open PDF Maps and browse by going Recreation > Cycling > North America > United States of America and scrolling down the list. Also, you can search by title, or if you’re in the Madison area, use the nifty map to tap on an icon and go right to the map listing.

Lastly, from a web browser, first copy the name of the map, then go to http://pdf-maps.com/get-maps and paste the name into the search box. Click on “Get this map” and it will send an email to your device on how to purchase the map from your phone.
